Richard A. Joyce

Mr. Joyce is presently a Managing Director in Fixed Income for the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in Stamford, CT.

Prior to joining RBS, Mr. Joyce spent thirteen years at Goldman Sachs in New York City as a salesperson, and five years at UBS Securities as a salesperson and loan trader.

Mr. Joyce has spent his entire career on Wall Street, and has worked with various mentoring organizations which have led to deep relationships in the Wall Street fundraising community.

Mr. Joyce graduated from Dartmouth College in 1991 with a B.A. in Economics. While at Dartmouth, he played four years of football and captained the 1990 team to an Ivy League Championship while earning All-Ivy honors as a linebacker.

He is currently affiliated with the University of Michigan  at the Ross School of Buisness, where he coordinates the recruiting and internship efforts for RBS.

Mr. Joyce is married with four children and lives in Darien, CT. He is active in coaching various youth sports teams and serves on the Darien Junior Football Board of Directors.
