We seek individuals with networking and leadership capabilities capable of devoting a minimum of one pro bono hour a week to helping end veteran homelessness in your state.

Your mission?

Assemble a brand new state-wide coalition of corporations, foundations, civic, veteran and community groups who will aggressively take the lead in making your state the first in the nation to end veteran homelessness.

Victory Apartments will provide 80 permanent supportive housing units for homeless Veterans in Omaha, Nebraska. The development is a partnership between America First Real Estate and the Department of Veterans Affairs Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System to provide housing with co-located supportive services to Veterans who have served our Nation. Victory Apartments will provide treatment services through the VA that include case management, vocational employment services, mental health counseling, and assistance accessing benefits to help residents achieve their goals and maintain safe, affordable housing. The project is part of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs goal to end homelessness amongst Veterans by 2014.
